We believe in the Ocean to Plate experience and ensure that all our our Straddie Rock Oysters are distributed fresh to your venues. Behind Straddie Oysters direct to public sales is Moreton Bay Sea Farms. The basis to this quality seafood product.
Moreton Bay Sea Farms distribute bulk fresh wholeshell oysters from Gold Coast to North Brisbane when in season. At our farm we take pride in ensuring the oysters are delivered fresh and live to your venue or agreed pick-up location. Moreton Bay Rock Oysters are seasonal oysters, as the weather changes the oysters need time to spawn and replenish. Our Oysters are in season during the warmer months between September and March. Dependant on seasonal times, weather and conditions.
